Lesson 7: Grouping Lesson (Use of the Left Hand)

• Group 1 – Familiarization of Lifting and Clearing (4 variations)
• Group 2 – Familiarization of Clearing and Eatting Defense (3 variations)
• Group 3 – Familiarization of Thrust Defense and Proper Body Movements
• Group 4 – Familiarization of the Abaniko of Fan Strike Application (3 variations)
• Group 5 – Familiarization of Punching Application While the Stick is in Fighting Motion
• Group 6 – Familiarization of Elbowing and Head Butting Application While the Stick is in Fighting Motion (2 variations)
• Group 7 – Familiarization of Kicking and Foot Sweeping Application While the Stick is in Fighting Motion (3 variations)

After completing Lessons 1 to 10, the student will be awarded Short Node Stick Level 3 for successfully completing the basic and semi-advanced assistant instructor training course.

Bahi Stick Level 1

Lesson 11: Instructor Degree Training Course

(Review and Application Stage)

• Learn How to Act an Instructor
• Teach What You Have Learned To Review and Developed Your Ability And Knowledge

Completion:

After passing Lesson 11, the student will be awarded a certificate of completion for the Instructor Degree Training Course (Bahi Stick Level 1).

Lesson 12: Senior Instructor Training Course

(Combat Judo)

Lesson 13: Semi-Hitting Training Stage

• Hitting Ahead Before to Defense Training
• Direct Hitting with Power Strike
• Direct Hitting with Flywheel Application
• Close Range Defense with Power / Slashing Application

Completion:

After passing Lessons 12 and 13, the student will be awarded a certificate of completion as Senior Instructor (Bahi Stick Level 2).

Chief Instructor Training Course

Lesson 14: Counter Technique Training Application

Lesson 15: Counter and Re-Counter Technique Training Application

Completion:

After passing Lessons 14 and 15, and having produced students with instructor level, the practitioner will be awarded a Chief Instructor Certificate (Bahi Stick Level 3).

After two (2) years of continuous teaching, training, and review, the practitioner will be awarded a master’s degree certification based on seniority, ability, and loyalty to the club.
